This electronic automatic counting filling machine is comprised of a machine box, double-layer vibrating mechanism, material containers, material delivery pad, photoelectric counting channels, cylinders, photoelectric counting system, cylinder and electromagnetic valve system, a control box, a conveyor, sensors, and other auxiliary components. With PLC, operations such as counting, filing and monitoring are quickly carried out on both common and transparent capsules in a variety of shapes.
The material container, material delivery pad, photoelectric counting channels and cylinders on this electronic automatic counting filling machine are easy to remove with no need for tools. Solenoid valves are used to control the cylinders for loosening or tightening of the material delivery pad.
Sensors on the electronic automatic counting filling machine monitor the material funnel. When a bottle arrives below the funnel, the funnel covers it and drops the specified number of pills into the bottle. If the bottle height has been changed, all users need to do is adjust the working platform height.
