Spring Machines
Kaichuang is a professional manufacturer specialized in the R&D, production and sales of spring machines. Our spring machines mainly include camless CNC spring making machine, high speed spring coiling machine, automatic wire feeding machine. These metal forming machinery is capable of processing wires with a diameter of 0.15mm to 8.00mm.
Our spring machines are capable to produce left/right cylindrical tension springs, compression springs, torsion springs, single cone spring, convex concave spring, lock spring, special-shaped spring and forming of complex parts by using spring steel, carbon steel, tungsten steel, alloy, stainless steel, copper wire, iron steel, steel wire and other metal wires.
The spring machines adopt unique camless and arm-less design. The tool holder is independently controlled by servo motors, and the motor is independently driven by VRB reducer, without mutual influence. The assembly of the mechanical part is composed of crank connecting rod, forming system, wire feeding and wire rotation system, wire decoiling system and quill system. The machines feature small cutting noise and zero damage to the mandrel and machine.
Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and Taiwan’s CNC control system allow the axes to operate independently or synchronously. Besides, through CNC control system, the wire feed and rotation system are synchronously controlled to achieve a feeding accuracy of ≤0.1mm. Wire feed system is controlled by computer and the feeding unit is 0.01mm, allowing for a maximum feeding of 99999.99 units.
Optional configuration includes servo cutter, spinner, and built-in/external length detection unit according to customer needs.
