The cast film lines are specially designed for the production of plastic casting film. This film is then widely used in packaging of building materials, motorcycle parts, cylinder film, coil paper, hardware accessories and more.

a. The thickness uniformity of the finished product is the core index for its quality. The screw die material of our wrap film winder is A1.2133 die steel from Germany. Compared to the traditional material of medium carbon steel 45#, it ensures an excellent temperature conduction and plasticizing effect. It is also difficult to deform, even after long term usage.
b. For different ingredients, the higher adaptability of the equipment, the higher the economic benefits. Cast film lines from Jd-machine can accurately adjust the diameter and screw rotating speed and the screw and die material according to customer requirements.
