COLORDOT multi-color carpet tufting machine has the ability to do varying pile heights in loops, ideal for manufacturing multi-level loop pile carpets, which are also called high-low loop pile carpets. This tufting machine can produce patterned carpets with up to 6 colors. Each needle is equipped with a yarn feed system that enables individual yarns to be fed independently to each needle, and the servo-driven sliding needle bar shifts transversely in accordance with predetermined patterns, thus manufacturing colorful lightweight carpets and area rugs.
With adjustable loop pile height range of 4-18mm, the carpet tufting machine allows carpet manufacturers to achieve 64 varying pile heights at each needle, creating free-flowing and shading-effect patterns on the surface of the carpet. The working width of this rug tufting machine can reach 4100mm or 5100mm, and the running speed is up to 1000rpm. Apart from manufacturing patterned carpets with multiple colors, this carpet making machine is also suitable for the production of common high-low loop pile carpets. The tufted carpets and area rugs produced by this tufting machine can be widely used in commercial offices, conference rooms, hotels, houses, etc.
