Hoist Inverter
AS600 hoist inverter features wide power and voltage range, and is able to work at a very high input voltage up to 690V. It can be designed with various optional built-in drive parts to ensure simple and convenient installation, and is programmable to suit customers' varied application demands. In addition, we can customize the hoist inverter according to users' other specific requirements.
The hoist inverter can be used for control of common asynchronous motors and variable frequency motors, and is ideal for lifting, translation and rotational function control of industrial hoisting equipment such as gantry crane, container crane, cargo crane, and more. It has successfully found applications in paper making, metallurgy, mining, cement, chemical, petroleum, and natural gas industries.
Due to our adoption of international advanced speed sensorless vector control, closed loop vector control and torque control technologies, the hoist inverter offers superior control performance comparable with high end frequency inverters on international market. Additionally, the hoist inverter is provided with enhanced reliability and environmental adaptability, so as to better suit market demands.
The rated current design provides the hoist inverter with high overload capability, making it ideal for use in industrial applications. Meanwhile, the hoist inverter has superior performance and multiple advantages. To illustrate, it offers accurate static and dynamic speed, precise torque control, and high motor starting torque, and it also supports super-long cable connection.
In order to ensure safety, the hoist inverter is designed with various protection functions, including terminal protection, overheat alarming, whole machine protection, and more. Also, it comes with self-detection function when powered on, and has wide voltage range design, compact structure and independent air duct. It is waterproof, dustproof and impact resistance, which ensures reliable performance and long service life.
Under different control modes, our hoist inverter allows electric motors to have different starting torque, speed range and speed stabilization precision, etc. Details are listed below:
1. V/F control mode
Starting torque: 0.50Hz, 180% rated torque (Speed regulation range: 1:100; Speed stabilization precision: ±0.5%)
2. Open loop vector control mode
Starting torque: 0.20Hz, 180% rated torque (Speed regulation range: 1:200; Speed stabilization precision: ±0.2%)
3. Closed loop vector control mode
Starting torque: 0.00Hz, 200% rated torque (Speed regulation range: 1:1000; Speed stabilization precision: ±0.02%)
4. Torque control mode
The hoist inverter supports online switch between torque control mode and speed control mode. The torque precision is ±5%, and response time is less than 10ms.
