Shenxi’s STP and SMH material hoists feature a modular structure and were designed for exceptional versatility and efficiency. With relatively few components, these material hoists can be manufactured according to different standards to create a variety of work platforms, transport platforms, or a combination of both. Basic components of the modular material hoist include a ground frame, drive unit, and mast section. With these components and add-ons such as adaptors, deck sections, and fences, virtually any type of work platform or transport platform can be created. This means the owner of this equipment is offered greater flexibility and higher utilization, resulting in a significant improvement of economic benefits. Material Hoist Features
- The top cover is detachable for easy vertical transportation of materials.
- Two sets of electronic control systems on the material hoist: One set of frequency conversion electric control boxes are installed inside the cage, and another control system is connected with the bottom frame. Both control system sets facilitate worker operation in the cage or at the bottom while transporting materials.
- In addition to the cage entrance and exit, there is an auxiliary door close to the standard sections to facilitate the maintenance and repair of standard sections, the wall, and the resistance box.
