1. Phenolic Paper Laminated Tube
Process: The phenolic tube is made from fiber paper reinforced with thermo reactive resins of phenol type.
Available model: 3520

2. Phenolic Cotton Cloth Laminated Tube
Process: The phenolic cotton tube is a solid tubular insulating laminate made though drying, rolling and pressing of cotton cloth, impregnated with thermo reactive resins of phenol type.
Available model: 3526

3. Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Tube
Process: The laminated tube is a solid tubular insulating laminate made though drying, rolling and pressing of two or more layers of glass materials, reinforced with epoxy resins.
Available model: 3640, F815.3

Property and Application
These laminate tubes are suitable for dry environment and transformer oil as the insulating structural parts of electrical equipment. In particular, the epoxy glass cloth laminated tube can be used in anti-corrosion and solvent resistant pipeline.

3520: High dielectric strength and certain mechanical performance;
3526: For mechanical and electrical uses, with superior machinability and high shock absorption and wear resistance. It is commonly used in large sized mechanical and electrical equipment;
3640: The laminated tube boasts high mechanical strength, heat resistance and dielectric property. It can be used in transformer oil;
F815.3: Similar to 3640, but providing better mechanical strength under high temperature.
