PM-VSD Rotary Screw Compressor, VP Series
Our VP series PM-VSD rotary screw compressor is 6-20% more energy efficient than those compressed air systems with conventional three-phase asynchronous motors. With a relatively wide frequency range of 30-200hz, this variable speed drive (VSD) screw compressor consumes 15-35% less energy in comparison to the other air compressors with operating frequency of 30-100hz. The motor is IE3 and MEPS standards compliant.

Upgraded screw air end, higher flow The high output air end and motor operate at slow rotating speed, each rotor works at appropriate speed to deliver the optimum ratio between the delivery rate and pressure, enabling the high level of efficiency.
Wider frequency range of 30-200hz, 15-35% less energy consumption The new generation of control system and cooling fan adopts dual frequency converter to ensure stable and energy-saving operation. The modular design allows for easy maintenance of the air compressor. The PCB coating protects the components from dust, moisture and abrasion. The heat radiation design permits the air compressor to use in working environment with high ambient temperature up to 50℃.
Higher efficient PM-VSD motor, IE3/IE4, IP55, SF.1.2, TEFC standard applied for compressor. Upgraded PM-VSD motor could reach Max.96.8% efficiency, 30—200 hz frequency adjusted for better energy-saving performance and to reach energy efficiency standard of CN-CE-1306-06/21.

The SMART CONTROLLER ensures efficient control and system monitoring Block mode can be set as VSD –VSD, PF-PF or VSD- PF. The controller can remotely control a maximum of 16 devices, 1.2 terminals (RS485 terminal).
High filtration efficiency 99.99% of dust particles are removed before entering the air end, efficiently ensuring longer service life of the air compressor.
