You don't need to buy machines separately since this fiber laser cutting machine is able to cut both sheet metals and tubes, which makes perfect economic sense and save a lot of space. The working area for cutting sheet metals can be either 1.5m*3m or 1.5m*6m, and for cutting metal tubes of 6m in length.
When equipped with a nesting software, the fiber laser cutting machine can cut both standard metal tubes, like square and round tubes, and shaped metal tubes, like steel channels and I beams.
When cutting, the laser head of the tube laser cutting machine can focus automatically, servo motor on Z-axis will be activated for height adjustment, both chucks will clamp tubes and later, the rear chuck will pass the tube to the front chuck for cutting. During this process, waste will be avoided and resource usage rate will be maximized
Nozzle, auxiliary gases and specific parameters should be changed based on different cutting tasks.

Rubber stoppers are installed on the front and back of the fiber laser cutting machine, so as to enhance stability and safety.

The fiber laser cutting machine can handle tube lengths up to 6 meters. Three chucks are available to adapt to three tube diameters of 120mm, 220mm and 320mm. A support unit is configured for enhanced cutting stability.
