Application
The MLSE series volumetric 3 layer plastic sheet co-extrusion line specializes in the mass-production of plastic sheets out of PP, PE, PS, HIPS, and other materials. This equipment can simultaneously extrude 3 layers of sheets, with a maximum extrusion capacity of 450kg/h. The composite distributor matches with the extrusion die to make different plastic raw materials that are combined in a uniform and stable manner, with the proportions of the composite sheet layers arbitrarily adjustable.

This volumetric 3 layer sheet co-extrusion line produced plastic sheets are used in cup making machines, thermoplastic forming machines, flip molding machines, multi-station forming machines and other plastic thermoforming equipment in order to manufacture multi-colored plastic packaging products, including cups, bowls and more.
Production technique
This inclined volumetric 3 layer plastic sheet co-extrusion line consists of the extrusion machine, 3-rolled calender, traction winder and electrical control cabinet.
The process includes:
Feeding → Heating → Extrusion → Calendering → Cooling → Winding
