FXG-1A/2A fully automatic linear capping machine is made up of unscrambler, conveyor, gripping and capping system, motion control system, etc. The automatic capping machine features compact construction, easy operation and adjustment, which is suitable for automatic capping of 1-5L bottles. This is one of the most recently developed machine model by our company. The capping process will be completed during moving the bottles. The normal machine needs to pause when performing capping operation, so that the liquid will not shake out from the bottle to pollute the bottles' body. Therefore, this newly developed automatic capping machine has higher working efficiency in comparison to the normal model.
- The bottle capping machine adopts full-servo control in terms of capping head, including the height of the capping head, capping speed, and capping torque.
- It adopts multi-axis motion controller control to better achieve a more stable and efficient production.
- After changing the bottle type for the first time, you can save the parameters including capping head height, capping speed and torque. When you want to use it next time, you can directly call it to automatically generate the stored parameters.
- According to different production conditions and product characteristics, you can choose to add a cap sorting machine to work with to improve production efficiency.
- Applicable to food, medicine, daily chemical, pesticide and other industries.
- According to different packaging materials, you can choose to use different chucks.
