1. Reliable Heating Manner
Made from 304 stainless steel, both the upper and lower pans include infrared tubes for effective heating. The heating tubes have been tested to provide more than 20,000 rounds of heating without failing.
2. Imported Timer and Temperature ControllersAn advanced temperature controller and timer keep the degree to which the meet is done in check. The temperature control ranges from 50-300℃, and the time control range is 0 to 5 minutes.
3. Rearrangement of Timer and Temperature ControllersBoth the timer and temperature controller are installed on the back of the oven, unlike traditional piece of equipment that puts the two in front. This re-arrangement avoids batter and grease spatter on oven components.
4. Built in Temperature Control CircuitCables are hidden inside the conduits for safety and cleanliness.
5. Molded Pan: Aluminum plate and a Teflon coatingThe non-stick molded pan is made with an aluminum plate that is then coated in Teflon.
