Its capacitor volume is 200000UF, capacitance discharge volume is 20000J and power is 45KVA. The upper and lower arms are an integral C type structure with high rigidity and stable welding quality. The 45KVA capacitor discharge welder has large output power, so the equipment would generate heat to in long-term process. In order to ensure the normal operation, the water flow of the cooling system is 10L/min for the cooling of welding machine and resistance welding transformer.
