The capacitor discharge welding system can be used for the welding of stainless steel material with thickness of 2.5+2.5mm. Its capacitor volume is 60000UF, capacitance discharge volume is 6000J and power is 15KVA. Due to its large welding current and short welding time, the 15KVA resistance spot welder can be used for the welding of hardware products, electric appliances and auto parts fields. Using the special capacitor of NIPPON CHEMI-CON capacitor discharge welder, it can be charged and discharged for 3 million times with max charge voltage of 450V.
