Our XBS type rotating frame industrial decanter is a supernatant discharge device suitable for a wide range of sewage treatment systems with activated sludge systems, including SBR and CASS systems.

Design Details
To begin the decanting process, the automatic system starts the motor, which pulls the sink back to the water surface through the pull rod. The general decant height is 0.5 to 2.0 meters, and is set by the operator.
The intelligent control box is installed on the operating table of the SBR aeration tank. The operation box has a manual/remote selection switch. Manual mode can be used for commissioning or operating manually on the site for maintenance or supervised operation.
Structures
The XBS decanter consists of an electric push rod, a float bucket, a sewer pipe, branch pipes, a decanter weir plate, a sealed joint, and rotary support items. All underwater parts are made of stainless steel.
Features
