Application
The Huaneng Jinhao floating decanter is a highly automated piece of water treatment equipment that is designed for Sequential Batch Activated Sludge Treatment (SBR). Our company has developed a variety of decanters, which apply to small, medium and large SBR pools as well as CASS pools for adaptable water treatment processes.

Design Details
The floating decanter is an automatic drainage device designed and manufactured with sophisticated hydraulic technology. It collects and discharges the supernatant liquid of various intermittent drainage systems, and has a large drainage flow capacity.

The floating nature of the decanter means it is always collecting clear water at a specified depth under a fluctuating surface. Our unique anti-slag ball valve design ensures the collection of the supernatant does not contain any surface scum.

Details and features
Workflow: SBR, cyclic activated sludge system (CASS), blower fan, sludge precipitation, solid-liquid separation:

(1) The main parts of the equipment are all made from stainless steel. Its compact structure ensures optimal stable operation.
(2) The floating characteristic of the decanter allows it to collect clear water at a specified depth under a fluctuating surface to achieve the best working effect.
(3) The main body adopts non-powered operation. When the entire equipment is in operation, except for the electric valve at the discharge port, none of the other parts consume any electric power.
(4) When the equipment is in operation, the outgoing water flow is steady, and the surface features little fluctuation. No noise is produced during the process. The equipment goes up with when the water surface rises.
(5) The underwater rotation device ensures the its long-term operation and slows down its aging.
(6) When the equipment is operating normally, the surface range can be adjusted from 0 to the maximum depth by the electric valve.
(7) The water inlet is equipped with automatic fenders to block the sludge during the aeration process.
