With 80KVA power, the electric resistance welding equipment will weld aluminum plates with a thickness of 1+1mm and iron plates with a thickness of 2+2mm. Compared to an AC resistance spot welding machine, the DC electric resistance welding machines feature a better stability. The maximum short current of the 80KVA DC spot welder is 22KA, and the maximum pressing force is 3900N. Users can also adjust the cylinder pressure according to their requirements. We can also customize the cylinder diameter, with the standard size for a single cylinder at Φ100*60mm. If users have special pressure requirements when there is not enough space for a large cylinder, we also offer double cylinders.
