Vibratory Bowl Feeder System
Vibratory bowl feeders can be used for feeding and orienting parts one after another. They can gradually shake the parts so that they are all aligned for the next process. The bowl feeders are self-contained devices, with a special bowl to orient the parts. The vibrating bowl is driven by the drive unit, which can force the parts to move up a circular, inclined track. The track length, width and depth depend on the shape and size of the parts. They can also support multiple lines feeding.

The vibratory feeder bowls are made from stainless steel and other high-wear materials. With inner synthetic fibers coating or special polished surface, it can prevent damage to the parts and reduce noise. We offer 4 types of different bowls.
