Description
The FC-9624 multifunction automatic water sampler can also be referred to as an equal proportion wastewater sampler or portable water sampler. These devices are intended for use as environmental monitoring equipment in surface and wastewater sampling, water source monitoring, investigating pollution sources, and all around water quality control. It adopts an international water sampling method carried out by peristaltic pump which is controlled by SCM (single chip microcomputer). The users can input sampling intervals, sampling quantity and sampling methods according to their requirements. The water sampler can automatically accomplish the corresponding tasks online. After being equipped with a flow sensor, this water sampler can realize the dual-functions of sewage flow measurement and proportional sampling.

Application
The FC-9624 multifunction automatic water sampler is a portable water sampler with separated bottles and built-in 12V lithium battery. It is suitable for water sampling of determined sampling points of rivers, lakes, oceans, surface water or pollution sources carried out by environmental monitoring stations of all levels, occupational hygiene institutes and scientific research institutes.

Standard sampling
Sampling delay time: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute;
Sampling intervals: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute;
Sampling quantity: can be set freely from 50~1000ml with increment of 1 ml.

Mixed sampling
Sampling delay time: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute;
Sampling intervals: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute;
Sampling quantity: can be set freely from 50~1000ml with increment of 1 ml;
Mixed sampling number: 1~20.

Parallel sampling
Sampling delay time: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute;
Sampling intervals: (1-9999 minutes) can be set freely with increment of 1 minute;
Sampling quantity: can be set freely from 50~1000ml with increment of 1 ml;

Flow meter controlled sampling
Optional specific flow meter to control sampling: can be set freely from 1~9999 pulse with increment of 1 pulse. The output should be 5V~15V positive pulse.

Performance
1. Number of sample bottles: the FC-9624 multifunction automatic water sampler can realize 1-24 separated bottles water sampling of which the number of bottle can be set freely;
2. Peristaltic pump flow characteristic: 3700ml/min, high speed and high flow sewage specific pump; the inner diameter of the pump pipe is 10mm; the pipe is made of high intensity medical silicone tube;
3. Information recording: the water sampler can automatically record and store the sampling data of each time;
4. Horizontal suction head: 50m; it has the function of sampling tube automatic washing;
5. Time control error of the system clock of the water sampler: △1≤0.1% and △12≤30S;
6. Power-off protection: this sampler can restart after powering-off while all the parameters and data stored will not be lost;
7. Preset program: this equipment can preset and store 10 frequently-used working programs which can be called directly according to the sampling demands;
8. Software lock: only the administrator can use the sampler and modify the parameters in order to protect the built-in program of the equipment from being modified.

Features
1. The shell of FC-9624 multifunction automatic water sampler is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) which is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant and aging resistant.
2. The water sampler is equipped with high capacity lithium battery, so that both AC and DC power can be available.
3. The pump pipe has large diameter and fast flow speed, thus effectively protecting the pipeline from being blocked.
4. It can record the three-month of flow data with intervals of five minutes. Each group of data consists of monthly, daily, hour, minute and instantaneous flow rate.
5. This water sampler can record the total flow. The recording interval of each group of data can be set freely. The longer the interval, the longer the total recording time. The data recording adopts cyclic regeneration.
