The QFM460B high speed automatic book case making machine is designed and built to meet customers' requirements for high quality, efficiency and good performance. It comes with an automatic paper feeder that combines vacuum suction sheet separation and computer controlled vacuum blower wheel paper delivery. In addition, the machine is equipped with Omron PLC device, touch screen HMI, photoelectric switch, automatic deviation correction device, and several AC servo motors. With a high level of automation, the machine can automatically complete top sheet feeding, glue application, positioning, top and bottom sheet joining, pasting, folding and laminating operations, ensuring high accuracy and productivity. The products are stably transported to the conveyor belt by the suction cup manipulator, which helps avoid case scratch problem.
