Work Machine Principle:
The powder is fed into the granulating chamber through the material feeding system. Because of the exposure to hot air, the powder is in a fluid state inside the granulating chamber. When the powder in the granulating chamber reaches a certain concentration, the atomizing system begins to spray the rationing liquid. When the powder makes contact with the liquid, the powder will develop surface tension, and begin to agglomerate. The size of the granule becomes bigger and bigger and will eventually fall into the drying chamber through a hollow throat. After some time, the granule will reach the discharge port. The qualified granules will be discharged after grading, and the unqualified granules will return to the granulating chamber for further granulation.

The most beneficial characteristic of the granulating machine is that it can complete all the granulating, drying and grading process in one continuous process. In this case, the process can avoid material loss and air pollution and meet the requirements of GMP thanks to its fully enclosed design.
