Rubber Bonded Stripper Rings
Material introduction
The rubber bonded stripper rings mainly include polyurethane rubber rings and nitrile butadiene Loose rubber rings, of which the hardness is generally 80-90 Shore A. The primary materials of the steel stripper rings are 45 steel, 65Mn, GCr15, 9CrSi, and the heat treatment hardness is HRC49-62.
Application
The rubber bonded stripper rings are mainly used in slitting cutter shaft to maintain certain width between circular blades, as well as to control the horizontal adjustment spacing between top and bottom blades. The precision of the spacer is crucial for the quality of slitting products.

The custom range of Loose rubber rings' outer diameter is 60mm-1000mm. the custom range of steel stripper rings' outer diameter is 35-850mm. The color of rubber rings can be selected by customers, and different materials are chosen by customers' slitting environmental conditions and requirements.
