- This filling machine uses a PLC system and high-speed industrial control system to ensure real-time monitoring.
- This filling equipment is equipped with a weighing and feedback system, both of which can adjust the filling amount, as well as adjust every nozzle in order to ensure the filling accuracy and consistency.
- The filling machine is equipped with an advanced photoelectric sensor to monitor all work conditions during the filling process. This sensor ensures the machine will automatically stop and alarm if there is no bottle, not enough bottles, or bottles are plugged.
- The rotary filler is made according to GMP standards, and all pipes and lines are easy to take apart, making it easy to clean this equipment.
