Corrosion Protection Packaging Solution for Metals
Protect steel, copper, copper alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy, surface-passivated galvanized steel plate, and tin-plated steel plate with the VCI paper.

How is the VCI Package Created?
Acid-free crepe paper or plain paper saturated with VCI. The resulting paper is typically used as VCI paper for metal packaging. A layer of polyethylene film can be laminated over the anti rust paper, serving as a water barrier. Custom printing is available. Each VCI packaging product meets QB1319 or JIS Z 1535 requirements.

Applications of the VCI Packaging Paper
Metal parts that contain combinations of the ferrous and non-ferrous metals listed above can be protected using our VCI packaging material. This VCI paper is popularly used across industries including military, machinery, auto parts, electrical engineering, and metal hardware applications. Upon storage or shipping, metal parts need to be cleaned and dried out before being wrapped in our VCI package. Or as an alternative, use VCI paper as internal lining and padding of a container into which the entire assembly of metal parts is placed. If the outer package has no waterproof or sealing features whatsoever, we suggest PE coated VCI paper be used and sealed with adhesive

Storage
We recommend keeping VCI packaging products dry, out of direct sunlight and sealed in their original shipping cartons, bags or containers while in storage. The shelf-life of VCI paper is 3 years starting from the date of manufacture.
