Description
The commercial shutter exhaust fan, model DJF(Q) axial fan features a blade diameter of 1270mm and a rotational speed of 466r/m. The shutter opening mechanism with double swung drop hammer can ensure the shutter is completely opened or closed so as to effectively enhance the fan's running efficiency. The sealing strip of shutter is changed from single layer design to double layer, thus the seal is firmer and superior in sealing performance.

The shutter opening mechanism with double swung drop hammer can guarantee the shutter fully opens and closes, minimizing air resistance generated by blades and effectively improving the fan's running efficiency. The opening mechanisms are all made from high quality nylon PA66, which can guarantee their longer service life. The parts all use 304 stainless steel rivet connection, wearable and anti-rust and flexible, which can reduce friction coefficient.
The blades are made from high-strength anti-rust aluminum alloy plates by stamping forming, which are smooth and lightweight and of no dust accumulation and beautiful appearance. The diameter of blades is increased to 1270mm from 1250mm, greatly improving the fan's running air volume and efficiency. The thickness is 2.3mm.
The sealing strip of shutter is changed from single layer design to double layer, thus the seal is firmer and better in sealing performance. The sealing strip is designed extended to penetrate the frame iron plate. When the shutter rotates, original rotating friction with the frame is changed to sleeve friction, which greatly reduce friction coefficient to make it more flexible to open the shutter.

The fan is fitted with belt adjusting device for easy adjustment. When the belt tightness needs to be adjusted, you only need to loosen one bolt (motor locking bolt) and use wrench 17mm to turn it clockwise.
