Description
Commercial shutter exhaust fan, model DJF axial fan comes in motor direct drive and belt drive axial fans options for customers to choose from. The air volume reaches up to 44000 m³/h. The shutter features an aluminum alloy pull-rod and is light in weight and not easily deformed. The bearing of the fan employs a French double-row bearing and is waterproof, which results in a longer service life and smaller noise during operation. The commercial shutter exhaust fan is ideal ventilation and cooling equipment for animal husbandry industry, greenhouse industry and industrial workshops.

Sanhe fans feature specially shaped fan blades that enable a self-cleaning function. The blades are made from Krupp self-cleaning stainless steel through a stamping forming process, resulting in beautiful and durable blades. They provide large air volume and do not accumulate dust. The thickness of the blades is 1.2mm, and the surface finish is BA grade.
The centrifugal shutter opening mechanism can guarantee the shutter fully opened and closed, minimizing fan resistance when the shutter is open and offering maximum air flow. When tightly closed, it can effectively prevent outside air and lights from entering the henhouse. The centrifugal shutter open mechanism is made from high quality nylon PA66, capable of ensuring its longer service life. The linkage of its parts are all copper riveted, wearable and rustless, with good flexibility and can reduce the overall friction coefficient. The guide rod is made of 304 stainless steel with high strength and rust resistance.
Frames are all made of hot-dip galvanized steel plates of 275g/m²zinc coatings, effectively enhance the corrosion resistance of the fan. Shutters are made of 0.8mm and 1.5mm hot-dip galvanized plates respectively, which can guarantee smooth operation.
Japanese Mitsuboshi belts are used to ensure a long service life. A-belts are changed into B-belts to increase the service life by three times.
We are the first manufacturer to change the fixing rivet nuts of the motor mounting plate from round to hexagonal rivet nuts with a stainless steel washer added. The riveting strength is remarkably improved so that the mounting plate is not easily rotated.
Plastic handles are added on both sides of the fan to make it easy to handle, load and unload. Reasonable in design, they are beautiful in appearance.
An aluminum alloy pull rod that is lightweight and not easily deformed is employed on the fan. Wearable sliding bush is added on the pull rod to effectively improve the fit clearance, reduce friction coefficient and ensure flexible opening of the shutter. The tension spring made from quality 304 stainless steel does not rust or deform over time.
