Grade XF9 threaded compressed air filters are used to filter out 3μm or larger solid and liquid particles with a residual oil content of 5ppm. The filter housing is manufactured using aluminum alloy or carbon steel, while the filter element is made from glass fiber.

Correction factor
If the pressure is not 7kgf/cm², the flow rate of filter to be selected shall be determined by the maximum inlet flow rate dividing by the correction factor that corresponds to minimum inlet pressures as below.
For example, the minimum inlet pressure of filter to be selected is 7kgf/cm², with inlet flow rate of 10MM3/min, the correction factor is 10/1.37, so the maximum flow rate is 7.3MM3/min.
