Packaging patterns

Any pattern can be printed on the toy packaging box in such a way as to best display the toy inside and draw customer attention.

Paper materials
  • A: corrugated paper
As the most common packaging material, corrugated paper has many excellent features:
    • The corrugated paper features a harder texture for bearing heavier products such as heavy, large toys. The 3- ply and 5- ply corrugated paper is often used as packaging box for toys.
    • Corrugated paper is an inexpensive material, thus lowering manufacturer production costs.
    • Corrugated textures can be applied to a variety of box types, including tuck end boxes, tuck top auto lock bottom, tuck top snap lock bottom, rigid setup boxes, roll end tuck boxes and more. Each box can also be customized to fit different toy shapes, making it an appropriate choice for toy planes and cars, building blocks, LEGO bricks and other toys.
  • B: art paper
Art paper is also an option for paper material selection. Compared to corrugated paper, art paper is thinner and suitable for lighter and smaller toys, such as Barbie dolls and other small dolls.
  • C: cardboard
The cardboard is suitable for packaging of high grade toys, and is generally laminated through 3 layers of paper, with the middle layer typically a 2mm duplex grey paper board. Boxes made using this paperboard are strong and quite capable of carrying heavy toys. These boxes are aesthetically appealing, and especially suitable as gift boxes.
