Stainless Steel Doctor Blade, Item SL-45 Doctor Blade
When using water-based ink print patterns, rust becomes a larger risk for doctor blades. To prevent that, the SL-45 stainless steel doctor blade is made of a German 4037YR stainless steel for a better corrosion resistance.
Compared with SL-35 blade, the SL-45 doctor blade has a higher hardness, which makes it suitable for a variety of ink types. Due to its excellent durability, the SL-45stainless steel doctor blade is also more suitable for cylinders and inks that tend to accelerate blade wear.
