Process Technique
1. The 75Cr1 or SKS51 saw blade is cut by laser, which is much more accurate than punching.
2. Open teeth seat, proper teeth seat for welding according to carbide tip size.
3. Welded carbide tip with sandwich silver slice is performed by an automatic Kirschner welding machine.

5. Sharpening of the side bevel and top bevel is performed by a Vermeer automatic sharpening machine.
6. We inspect the vertical and radial runout tolerance with an optical projector for each saw blade.

7. The sandlasting and polishing processes make the surface look nice and remove any imperfections.
8. Specifications are marked by laser craving, pasted label and on the packaging of the saw blades.
