Custom Preformed Pouches (Custom Printed Poly Bags, Premade Pouches)
We produce pouches made of a variety of roll stock films, allowing us to directly offer our customers preformed pouches. These preformed pouches are able to be quickly used on a variety of customer packaging equipment, such as a premade pouch filling machine. The packaging method is also particularly suitable for diverse product packaging in small batches. According to different packaging requirements, an array of are available for customers to choose from.
Our custom preformed pouches traditionally use multi-layer laminates made of plastic films, aluminum foil, kraft paper, or other materials to form a customized two, three, or four-layer multi-structure. According to customer requirements, we will recommend suitable materials with different thicknesses and heat insulation properties to prolong product shelf life and do so within a reasonable budget.
Upon request, we also provide custom printed preformed pouches that can be printed with a maximum of 12 colors on the surface, thus giving products an attractive, effective promotional appearance.
