Precautions
When Starting...
1. When starting the air compressor, please check if the direction of rotation is correct.
2. Please pay attention to the oil pressure gauge and check if the reading is normal. Also, please ensure the oiler is in good condition.
3. Please keep the oil pressure in the range from 0.1Mpa to 0.3MPa.
4. Please listen to the moving parts and the cylinder to check if there is knock noise or impact noise. If there is abnormal noise, please stop the screw compressor, identify the cause and solve the problem.
5. Please open the valve on the inlet pipe to make the hermetic compressor operate with load. Meanwhile, please close the vent valve on the exhaust pipe to enable the pressure to rise slowly.
6. Please check and ensure the readings of the exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature, water temperature, cooling water pressure, oil pressure are within the prescribed scope.
7. Please check if the motor load is within the rated range according to the readings on the ammeter.
8. Please check if the surface of piston rod is overheating and ensure the filler is in normal condition.
9. Please make sure that the motor and the motor body are firmly fixed.
10. Please ensure that the pipeline has no abnormal vibration.
11. Please note that repeated and intermittent startup to the air compressor is generally not allowed.
When Using...
1. When using the rotary screw compressor, please ensure all the screws and nuts are tightened.
2. Please check if the belt has appropriate degree of tightness.
3. Please make sure the pipe is in normal condition and the oil level is appropriate.
4. Please check if the wires and electrical switches conform to norm and the limit is correct.
5. Please ensure all the casters and pivots are stationary.
6. Please check if the belt pulley can be easily rotated by hand.
7. Please idle the air compressor for 2-3 minutes or longer before normal operation.
8. Please check whether the running direction is same as the indicating arrow. If not, you can just swap any two of the three power supplies in the three-phase motor.
9. Please regularly clean the air filter by gas oil or replace so as to maintain effective air filtration.
10. After using the compressor, please unscrew the drain valve and discharge the condensate water and contaminated oil.
11. Inevitably, the heat generated by air compression will make the cylinder head and copper pipe to have high temperature. Please be assured that it is a normal phenomenon.
12. In the condition of power outage or after using, please be sure to cut off the power of the hermetic compressor to ensure safety.
