Low temperature steel elbow for offshore platform engineering maintenance project
Since 2012, we’re the AVL of the China National Offshore Oil Corp. and Shell Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd(CSPC). We have been supplying a lot of low temperature steel WPL6 and WPL8 5D elbow pipe fittings to CSPC for their offshore engineering project, maintenance & repairing projects.
These pipe fittings were required to work smoothly at environment with extremely low temperature and have great mechanical properties. Therefore, we had to conduct a very complex production process and stayed focus in each procedure, especially the heat treatment step, where any slight lack of attention would cause insufficient hardness.
Luckily, our technical personnel have profound experience about how to produce such low temperature steel pipe fitting, which ensured that our pipe fittings successfully passed the quality check conducted by the third party inspection organization designated by the customer. At then end, the customer received our products on time and all the technical indexes were met very well. With great products and service, our company continued to receive the order for the same category of pipe fittings from the customers.
