Gummy vitamins have been increasing in popularity in recent years, particularly in America and Canada. Addressing the needs of producers of health products, we have been supplying production lines specially designed to manufacture gummy and vitamins.
An American health company found our company and sent their CEO and production director to meet with us. They presented us with special requirements for a production line. After some back and forth communication, we designed the GD300QQ fully automatic gummy production line specifically for them. The production line is produced using 304 and 316 stainless steel and its electrical equipment is all supplied by trusted brands such as Siemens. This production line is equipped with an automatic weighing system and automatic CIP device to maximize efficiency. The capacity of the line can reach up to 300kg/h.
This was the first time we had customized a high-end and fully automatic production line for a US customer. Even though its price is higher than ordinary candy production lines, its performance was highly praised, proving its value. We believe as the demands of gummy vitamins continue to grow, there will be more customers looking for similar high-end jelly candy production lines.
