In order to meet requirements of GMP and FDA, the pressure vessels, tanks and piping system all adopt 316L and 304 stainless steel. If there involves special production, NJR normally adopts titanium and Hastelloy alloys. Using advanced spectrometers, NJR examines the composition of raw material and makes sure all raw materials can be tracked and controlled. The primary machining process is done by automatic machines such as laser cutters, sanders, plate rolling machines and so on.
High quality welding is the key process to make sure the tightness and anti-pressure ability. Therefore, NJR brings in automatic plasma welding machines and operated by professional staff with rich experience. Many senior welders are responsible for the argon arc welding of vessels by hand.
