For hotel energy meters, Basic Control can provide a full set of metering devices and corresponding energy consumption metering or monitoring systems to monitor remote energy consumption of air-conditioning in hotel lobby, guest rooms, meeting room, kitchens and so on. Using this method, users can calculate the energy consumption of each area and analyze the energy consumption of the energy consuming devices in the whole central air-conditioning system. Our customer needed to control each fan coil remotely to turn on the air-conditioning in advance so as to adjust the indoor temperature for guests. Meanwhile, they also required the collecting of energy consumption data of fan coils, monitoring real-time energy consumption of air-conditionings in hotel lobby, guest rooms, meeting rooms, canteens, kitchens and so on, and mastering the comprehensive situation of energy consumption of the whole building.
- We designed an energy-based billing for guest rooms, meeting rooms, canteens and some other service areas. We install ultrasonic heat meters and temperature controllers on these areas to collect energy consumption of central air-conditioning, identify potential risks of devices in time and achieve elaborate management.
- We install the ultrasonic heat meter and temperature controller on the main pipe of kitchen, lobby and some other public areas to achieve real-time online monitor. Our customer can now complete regular business accounting based on these data and energy consumption costs. Therefore, our customer can complete business accounting of energy consumption and develop energy saving strategies accordingly.
- We install smart water meter and smart power meters on each floor especially for critical energy consumption devices. And we can make comprehensive analysis of energy consumption based on the data from each area, generate reports and charts and help hotel managers achieve comprehensive energy consumption management.
