Haocool constructed a food refrigerated room with 1000m³ for GANSO food to store food.
According to the different storage conditions of food, Haocool divided the food cold storage into a 0℃ cold room, -18℃ cold room, and -30℃ cold room.

Haocool constructed the large scale food cold rooms for Macao Doulao Food Co., Ltd. in Hangzhou Xiaoshan District, and this project occupies 15,000m3.
1. Haocool designed a -30℃ quick frozen room, -20℃ low temperature cold room, 5℃ refrigerated room and 10℃ refrigerated room.
2. The main equipment of the cold rooms is a Bitzer brand air cooler with single side wind out and Bitzer brand air cooler with both sides wind out, and the circuit of these two units adopts parallel connection. If one of the units fail, it will not impact the other as the whole system works smoothly and increases the security.
3. The doors of the cold rooms are manual sliding doors and electric roller door.
4. The insulation materials of cold rooms adopts double-sided polyurethane color steel board.
Now, the refrigerated rooms work smoothly.

The refrigerated room project locates in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, and it occupies 1500m3. Since the refrigerated rooms are used to store different kinds of products, the client requires the refrigerated rooms should have abundant functions and the quality of the equipment should be reliable.
1. According to the needs of the client, Haocool designed the refrigerated rooms into 9 rooms, which are a -30℃ freezer,-18℃ refrigerated storage and 0-5℃ chilling room. With the refrigerated rooms, the client can complete the cold processing of food and refrigeration of semi-finished food.
2. In order to improve the use age of the refrigerated rooms, its main refrigerated equipment adopts Theodore brand air curtain machine, Emerson brand Copeland compressor and Haocool air cooler. In addition, it adopts polyurethane thermal insulation board.
This refrigerated room passed inspection in August 2013, and it has put into use and provided low temperature storage service for food to the client from then on.

This refrigerated rooms is a large scale clod chain logistics base, which assists the sale, fast refrigeration, pre-cooling and refrigerated shipment of Russia sea food. Therefore, the client requires Haocool not to just construct a refrigerated room, Haocool should construct a completed cold chain system for them.
Then, Haocool designed a set of cold chain logistics system for refrigerating and processing to the client. And Haocool also designed the refrigerated rooms with a compartment to make the client feel more convenient according to their requirements.
The whole project cost 50 million yuan, and it can be divided into upstairs area and downstairs area. The downstairs area is the 3000m2 refrigeration storage, and the two biggest refrigerated rooms can separately store 400 tons of cargo; the upstairs area occupies 1600m2, and it includes Russia product exhibition zone and Russia quick-frozen food zone.
This refrigerated zooms completed and be put into use in July 2015.

Since the dishes need to be cooled from 90℃ to 5-10℃, the client needs refrigerated rooms with the function of quick-freezing and storage for dishes.
Haocool set a conveyor belt, and through the fast circulation and refrigeration of conveyor belt, the vegetables and dishes can lower the temperature in just 20 minutes.
This refrigerated room includes two floors
The first floor has three rooms, they are -5～10℃ refrigeration house which occupies 2525m3, -18℃ refrigeration house which occupies 215m3, and 20～25℃ refrigeration house which occupies 1392m3;
The second floor has four rooms, they are 5～5℃ refrigeration house which occupies 425.6m3, 20～25℃ refrigeration house which occupies 1770m3, -18℃ refrigeration house which occupies 2352m3 and -35℃ refrigeration house which occupies 246.5m3. This project was completed in September 2013 and it passed the inspection the first time.
