Chief engineer Wu Xiao Lin had been engaged in the aluminum melting and casting equipment as well as aluminum alloy production industry for more than 30 years. He has been specialized in researching melting and casting equipment and earned numerous achievements. He was the technical advisor of Chongqing Southwest Aluminum Co., Ltd. in 1990 and had obtained professional achievements in PLC programming, overheating of melting, liquid hole, the early stage of crystallization and secondary melting. In addition, he hosted the establishment of specialized lab to conduct research on the early stage of crystallization in Chongqing Southwest Aluminum Co., Ltd. The result of this project was given award. In 2010, he became the chairman of Foshan Nanhai Huitai Technology Co., Ltd and led the project of writing a whole new PLC control program. As a result, the energy consumption of the equipment is reduced greatly. Besides, compliment and recognition were received via various projects in domestic and foreign market.

Engineer Zhao Ying Qiang had been engaged in aluminum alloy manufacturing industry for nearly 20 years. He serves as the technical factory manager of Huitai Technology Co., Ltd, mainly in charge of equipment selection and production line scheme planning and implementing. Besides, he focuses in researching design to optimize pressure and energy consumption of the melting furnace.

Engineer Yu Zhen Biao involved in aluminum alloy manufacturing industry for 15 years, serving as the senior engineer in Huitai Technology Co., Ltd. He specialized in optimized design for hydraulic casting, tilting furnace, etc. In addition, he is also an expert in researching design to optimize pressure and energy consumption of the tilting furnace.

Engineer Xie Wen Tang had been working in aluminum alloy production industry for 15 years, served as the senior engineer in Huitai Technology Co., Ltd. for 8 years. He excels in the basic design of site equipment, optimization design for tilting furnace, optimization of the pressure and energy consumption of tilting furnace, etc.
