Dust Collector Filter Element

In cement plants, spraying factories and chemical plants, large amount of dust particles or other impurities will be produced when working. These dust particles are mainly divided into two kinds.
- Recyclable powders. After collected and treated, these powders can be again put into production system.
- Dust particles with polluting impurities. If these dust particles are directly discharged, they will threaten the health of staff. So polluting impurities need to be collected before waste gas is discharged into atmosphere.

- If working in bad environments such as high temperature, high pressure and corrosive conditions, common filter elements can’t bear that. The sintered felt filter elements of Xin Huan Bao break through the limitation of high temperature and chemical corrosion of non-woven fabric or fibre filter elements and can easily adapt to severe working conditions. Made of 316L or 304L stainless steel, they are the ideal choice in up to 400℃ high temperature and corrosive environment.

- In high humidity environment, dust has adhesion property. If dust is adhered on the surface of filter elements, filtering efficiency will largely decrease. But if a layer of PTFE membrane is covered on the surface of filter elements, PTFE membrane filter elements can show good water and oil repellent effect. Besides, they can be repeatedly washed with water, which can increase utilization ratio and reduce cost.
