We have a valuable customer from Ibague, Colombia, need to purchase common rice processing machines such as rice polisher, rice husker and rice sorter.
Because the ice sorters they used couldn't eliminate white-belly rice and proved inefficient. In early 2014, this customer contacted our company. At last, Mr. Alejandro Aragon, the director of this company, decided to choose our company. They purchased a SMY-RS series rice sorter at that time.
Although our company was new to the South American market and couldn't provide on call service, our customer was satisfied with our machines because of performance, output, appearance, stability and price performance ratio. Over the next four years, they purchased about 40 SMY and STH series rice sorters, 150 SLJ and SYX series rice processing machines, 80 SYC series weighing bagging machines, harvesters, steel silos, grain dryers and so on.
There were some problems that occurred during cooperation:- Local common voltage is different from Chinese voltage
- Shipment caused some damage to the machine
But Sifly agro successfully solved these problems by communicating with customers and manufacturers, building a level of trust between the local companies and Chinese brands.
