For tablets with a diameter larger than 25mm, it is often difficult to adjust feeding and blanking speeds. Due to the large diameter, the tablets are also prone to breaking and damage.
HaiWang designs suitable conveying modes for those tablets according to the diameter in order to ensure the optimum feeding speed. By controlling the parallelism of the blanking molds, precision of each mold, and mold cell size, the machine carries out accurate blanking.

Effervescent tablets easily absorb water, and some release gas after this absorption. This phenomenon is what is called an “expanding bag”.
In order to prevent this from happening, packaging must be extremely tight. By controlling the seal pattern precision on the heat sealing roller, we ensure the seal pattern is homogenously distributed for an outstanding package tightness.
