High-Capacity and High-Head Drainage Pump of Mine in Laos
In June 2022, our customer in Laos urgently needed 2 diesel engine water pumps for drainage in open-pit mine, and a complete set of pumps was successfully delivered for testing within two weeks.
The pump has a flow rate that can reach 800m³/h, a head of 150 meters, and highly elastic coupling is used to match the power of Weichai Baudouin. With a large torque, our diesel engine can be used continuously for 24 hours*7 days under 100% load, so the annual use time is not limited. In addition, the engine pump has low fuel consumption, making it cost-effective. Moreover, the operation is stable with little vibration, which greatly prolongs the service life of the machine.
At the same time, our drainage pump is also equipped with an intelligent automatic control system, which can detect and record the usage of power in real time, thus, automatically protecting the machine. For example, in abnormal conditions, such as super high water temperature, extremely low oil pressure, or wildly fast operating speed, the water pump will automatically alarm and stop working.
Furthermore, our pump also has a self-priming function. Usually, in order to start operating the pump, the user needs to go on several steps before starting the pump, such as adding water to the pump cavity and inlet pipeline, which is a cumbersome and time-consuming process. However, in our product, after adding a vacuum water diversion device, the user only needs to press the start switch before starting, and the water can be automatically diverted. This vacuum water diversion device is used for automatic water filling of the water pump, so that the water pump is in water-filled state and is ready to run at any time. When the water level is reached, by starting the main pump, the machine will begin to work. The operation is indeed really convenient and simple, and at the same time requires almost no maintenance work, which is very practical and economical.
