Features
1. The computerized corrugated board stacking machine features basket-type automatic stacking, hydraulic lifting and lowering, and electric transverse transmission.
2. It can achieve automatic stacking and collecting of the paperboard.
3. The corrugated paperboard transferring system uses a wide conveyor belt for smooth transfer.
4. The control part adopts PLC control system which is suited for heavy and repeated work. The system can be connected to the management system of the production line.
5. The transmission system is installed with a variable frequency motor in achieving a synchronous transfer speed of the conveyor belt with that of the production line.
6. Each of the conveyor belts is attached with an independent drive motor to suit for applications of different production speeds and cardboard lengths.
7. The transverse transmission system of the stacking machine adopts the chain drive unit with stable transmission, low noise, and easy maintenance.
8. All of the rollers are put through chrome plating treatment to ensure smooth surface and long service life.
9. When the stacking height or the number of paperboards reaches the required standard, they can be moved out under the control of the switch.
