Features
1. The ES-1800-AC series of automatic box gluer machine is mainly used to cope with A-flute, B-flute, and E-flute corrugated cardboards. It has the function of four times folding, pre-folding of the cardboard along the first and third creasing line as well as making crash-lock bottoms for the carton.
2. The machine also can be supplied with 4- and 6-corner folding equipment and automatic counting and strapping function.
3. The main drive and conveyor adopt the dual variable frequency control to ensure operational stability and energy saving.
4. The vehicle arm is supplied with electrical motion. This enables accurate control, simple operation, and labor saving.
5. The main machine employs the Ploy-V type synchronous belt transmission system. This system produces little noise and ensures a stable transmission.
6. This series of gluer machine can achieve automatic and continuous paperboard feeding.

Automatic Strapping System
Pre-folding Unit
Folding degree: 180° (for the first creasing line)
135° (for the third creasing line)
Feeding Unit
Squaring Unit
Once the A-flute corrugated cardboard carton is fixed, the brake plate can square the carton in order to produce a more beautiful and accurate cardboard.
Lower Gluing Unit
There is one gluing pot on either side of the unit. This ensures a sufficient glue supply. The gluing pot is easy to maintain.
Compulsory Correction Unit
The compulsory correction unit goes from upward to downward. The shaped A-flute corrugated cardboard carton is fixed by the rotary operating unit for error correction.
Paper Delivery Unit
The unique mechanism provides uniform pressure on the paperboard in ensuring more effective gluing.
