Features of BZJ.D Series
1. The BZJ.D series of semi automatic flute laminator adopts the base paper suction-type feeding, gluing, and laminating method. This reduces the labor burden and improves production efficiency. The machine is well suited for A-, B-, C-, D-, E-, F-, and N-flute paperboards laminating.

Features of BZJ.B Series
1. The feeding of base paper adopts the suction-type feeding method while the feeding of surface paper is done manually by workers. This feeding method features easy operation and accurate feeding. The feeding of base paper and surface paper also employs the photoelectric control to achieve front register positioning. This ensures an accurate positioning as well as guarantees that the base paper will not exceed the surface paper during conveying.
2. The pressure unit adopts the hanging roller suspension laminating technique. This ensures a smooth feeding, a uniform pressure on the traveling linerboard, a good flatness of the linerboard. The stress belt can be moved forward and backward to fit different paperboards with various specifications.
