Our EDS series single crank press has a press capacity range of 25 tons to 260 tons. These mechanical press machines are incredibly precise and have a GB(JIS) 1 class rating. Our metalworking machines are commonly used for punching, forming and drawing sheet metal products, such as vehicles, watches, appliances, hand tools, hardware and electronics.

1.High-precision processing
The stamping press for auto connectors features a one-piece, full-length box type gib to ensure accurate slide guiding. Force is delivered vertically, minimizing any lateral deformation and reducing off-center loading.

2.Super Rigid Steel Frame
The steel frame press is designed to resist deflection and provide accurate pressings at full tonnage loads. The heavy, one-piece welded steel frame is fully reinforced and designed to provide a stable base for the EDS Series presses.

3.Highly Responsive Overload Protection (HOLP)
The single crank press's HOLP system relieves the pressure that builds up during a tonnage overload in milliseconds and protects both the press and the work piece. If an overload occurs, even on just one side of the press, the oil pressure in the cylinder is quickly released by the magnetic safety valve and the machine will shut down. The oil dump feature and unique dual-valve pressure switch arrangement is highly reliable and can be reset quickly and easily by inching the slide back to center, which automatically reactivates the pump and builds up the hydraulic pressure to a safe level.
