Introduction
During grain processing after polishing, it is inevitable that there will be grain pieces with abnormal colors, which are automatically sorted out using a grain color sorter that uses photoelectric detection technology.
The touch screen size on the STH-SDC grain separating color sorter is larger than the screen on similar products. Similar products feature a touch screen that is 20 x 17mm, while the touch screen on our color sorter is 26 x 20mm. The hopper features a closed structure, which reduces dust and keeps the working environment free of pollution. Main components include the vibrator, slide-way, lens and sensor, lighting system, spray valve, and main control board.

- The color sorter can connect to mobile devices through the use of WiFi and 4G in order to view and adjust device status or parameters in real time.
- The color sorter uses a high stability data transmission system, with a strong interference resistance, stable data transmission and a better color sorting effect.
- This equipment analyzes the data through the differences in the RGB value of the colors and eliminates any that do not match. Once they are eliminated, this data is then used to further sort the rice based on different data sets for different uses in different countries.
