Concrete Pump
Concrete pump is mainly applied for delivery of concrete in construction projects for high-rise buildings, highways, bridges and tunnels. Our Yongli concrete pump adopts triple pump and hydraulic circuits and each of these three pumps works independently. The glass plate and the floating cutting ring on the pump are made of abrasion-resistant alloy to ensure long lifetime. In addition, the pump allows remote operation, which further leads to safety and convenience.
Our trailer mounted concrete pump integrates mixing and delivering of concrete into one machine. It is able to quickly produce and then deliver concrete to a very high place. The concrete pump is designed with a mixer to accommodate requirements of different construction projects in countryside or small and medium market.
Diesel powered concrete pump features streamline appearance, reasonable layout and compacting structure. The rigidity of it hood is significantly improved. The oil pump and group valves adopted all come from international well known brands such as German Rexroth, Japanese Kawasaki and Guizhou Liyuan to ensure high reliability of the tailored-mounted pump.
Electric powered concrete pump is designed with a hopper with optimized geometric angle and a super large mixing blade with reasonable blade angle, which significantly improve concrete suction capacity. With a plug-in one-way valve at both ends, the oil cylinder is able to replenish oil automatically.
