Aging ovens are primarily designed for high performance electronics, such as computers, monitors, terminals, power supply, mainboards and switching chargers, and are used to simulate a testing device under high temperature and harsh environment conditions to ensure any given product will continue to operate in those conditions. Aging ovens are an important step for ensuring the stability, quality, and reliability of a product, and are widely used in power electronics, computer, communication, and other industries.
Functions
- SLH aging oven is made of a unique, high temperature resistant motor and stainless steel heating tube. It can heat to as high as 60℃ in 30 minutes.
- The working chamber is made using an SUS stainless steel plate, and an SS41 steel powder paint on the exterior for an excellent corrosion resistance.
- Glass fiber insulation layer and an airtight silicone seal on the vacuum box door give the oven an excellent insulation performance.
- Multi-layer partition
- Temperature control features automatic PID control, PT100/K input, and SSR (SCR) contact mode output.
- Test hole:one, 50mm diameter cable hole
