Modular Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant, MWCB300
The MWCB300 stabilized soil mixing plant is a new compact modular batching plant. It integrates the technologies of fully computerized dynamic weighing and non-linear compulsory continuous mixing. In production, the stationary stabilized soil mixing plant delivers the advantages of precise weighing, various batching, high reliability, well-proportioned mixing, high efficiency, etc.
The whole system adopts modular structure with reasonable layout, thus providing great convenience for installation and transfer between different working sites. It is mainly used for the constructions where continuous mixing operation for a huge amount of stabilized soil is needed, such as highway construction, urban and municipal road project, airport base ground, etc.
Characteristics of the Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant
1. The batching system consists of aggregate storage bin, batch hopper and weighing belt conveyor. It features compact structure, reasonable layout, large volume hopper, low discharge height, high reliability, easy operation and maintenance, etc.
2. The continuous mixing plant comes with a remote control system that is equipped with target flow meter and electric valve. By pressing buttons on the control panel you can directly control the water amount. In this way, operators have not to run between the control room and main mixing machine. Furthermore, this system offers precise control and quick response.
3. The closed-loop control system of the modular stabilized soil mixing plant comes equipped with weighing sensor, transducer and industrial control microcomputer. It boasts strong anti-interference ability. This system is suitable for continuous and dynamic weighing of various aggregates, ensuring well-proportioned and precise batching.
4. Excellent self-diagnose function and alarm function enhance overall automation and reliability. Fully closed control room with air conditioner improves comfort level and reduces labor intensity for the operators.
